Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A query placed in a sponsored search box is sent to the independent company operating that tool. The provider processes the name, place, or other terms under its own policy. Crittenden County Court Docket does not keep a site-side log of the terms entered into that search field.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message and return address may be retained long enough to read and answer it. A message is not routinely shared outside the operating team. It may be disclosed if a valid legal duty requires that step.
Data We Gather Automatically
Normal server and analytics records can collect technical facts when a page loads.
- The device's Internet Protocol address
- Browser, version, device class, and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring page, when supplied
- Date and time attached to a request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files that can help measure use, remember a technical choice, or support advertising. Aggregated analytics show which Crittenden County docket topics are useful and where errors occur. Most browsers permit cookies to be limited or deleted. Blocking them may change how a search or sponsored element works.
What We Do With This Data
Technical and voluntarily provided data may be used for a limited set of operating needs.
- Delivering pages and maintaining site performance
- Sending a query to the selected outside search service
- Measuring broad traffic and content use
- Detecting faults, abuse, and security concerns
- Supporting advertising shown on the resource
No Court-Record Data on File
Crittenden County Court Docket does not operate a database of Arkansas dockets, case files, or case-party profiles. It publishes directions to Search ARCourts, the Circuit Clerk, District Court departments, and other official sources. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs public access to court records, including remote access and exclusions. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-19-105, addresses public records more broadly. Those laws govern public offices and court records; they do not turn this private site's visitor logs into an official Crittenden County case file.
Third-Party Search Partners
An outside company provides the sponsored search boxes. Information entered there is subject to that company's privacy notice, retention choices, and sharing rules. Those practices are not controlled here. A visitor should inspect the provider's terms before sending a query, especially when the service offers paid access.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Crittenden County offices, Arkansas Judiciary services, federal courts, and other independent resources. Their policies take over after the link opens. A government portal can also have different logging, records-retention, and disclosure duties from a private publisher.
Advertising companies may use their own technologies to measure visits or tailor ads across services. That processing occurs under the advertiser's controls and disclosures.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold as a visitor list. Limited data may be handled by service providers needed to operate a page.
- A search company receiving a query submitted to its box
- Analytics and hosting services processing traffic data
- Advertising networks serving or measuring an ad
- A public authority acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under the site's control. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure in every circumstance. Data is therefore limited where practical, and visitors should avoid sending case-sensitive personal facts through general email.
Users Under 18
The resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from a child. If information from someone under 18 is identified, a request can be made for its deletion, subject to any legal duty to preserve it.
Your Data Rights
Rights vary with the law that applies to the visitor and the information. A person may ask what personal data is held directly by this private site, request a correction, seek deletion where available, or object to certain processing. Court-record corrections and restrictions are different. They must go to the Crittenden County court or clerk under Administrative Order 19, an applicable statute, or a court order.
- Request access to personal data held directly here
- Ask for inaccurate personal data to be corrected
- Seek deletion when the law permits it
- Limit optional cookies through browser settings
Updates to This Policy
Privacy practices and service providers can change. A revised policy will be posted here, and the effective date will identify the version then in force. Continued use after an update is governed by the revised terms.
